1. Information we collect
Information you provide. We may collect your name, phone number, email address, neighborhood or pickup location, restaurant preferences, order details, dietary notes you choose to provide, support requests, and other information you send by web, phone, SMS, email, or other channels.
Call, SMS, and service information. We may collect call metadata, SMS content, voicemails, recordings where permitted, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, timestamps, status updates, restaurant call outcomes, and related operational records.
Device and usage information. We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and other analytics or diagnostic information.
Restaurant and third-party information. We may receive or generate information from restaurants, telecom providers, maps, analytics tools, AI providers, hosting providers, and other vendors that help us operate the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate PizzaMe; understand your request; recommend restaurants; prepare, place, confirm, or support eligible pickup orders; communicate with you and restaurants; provide customer support; maintain records; improve the service; monitor quality; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with law; and enforce our Terms of Use.
We may use AI-assisted tools to classify requests, generate recommendations, draft or summarize communications, transcribe calls, evaluate service quality, and improve our workflows.
3. Communications
If you call, text, email, or otherwise contact PizzaMe, we may respond using the contact information you provide. We may send transactional messages about recommendations, order details, pickup timing, support, safety, or service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential SMS messages by replying STOP where supported, but we may still send messages necessary to complete or support a request you initiated.
4. How we disclose information
Restaurants and merchants. We may share information needed to request, place, confirm, or support a pickup order, such as your name, order details, pickup timing, phone number, and special instructions.
Service providers. We may share information with vendors that provide telecommunications, SMS, hosting, analytics, AI, transcription, storage, security, customer support, maps, and other operational services. These providers are authorized to use information to provide services to us and as otherwise permitted by law and their agreements with us.
Legal, safety, and business purposes. We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to legal process, enforce our Terms, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
5. Selling or sharing personal information
PizzaMe does not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide required choices.
6. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate PizzaMe, provide support, maintain business and legal records, improve safety and quality, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other available privacy rights regarding your information. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, subject to verification and legal exceptions.

PizzaMe is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. Third-party services
PizzaMe may link to or interact with third-party websites, restaurants, phone systems, maps, delivery platforms, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
11. International users
PizzaMe is operated from the United States and is intended for use in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of PizzaMe after an update means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
