1. What PizzaMe is
PizzaMe is an independent pizza recommendation and pickup assistance service. PizzaMe may help you choose a local pizza restaurant and, for supported restaurants that accept phone pickup orders, may attempt to place a pickup order after you confirm the order details.
PizzaMe is not a restaurant, delivery service, marketplace, courier, reseller, official ordering channel, or merchant of record. Unless we expressly say otherwise in writing, PizzaMe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any restaurant, brand, merchant, or delivery platform.
2. Pickup orders and restaurant control
Restaurants control their own menus, prices, taxes, fees, hours, availability, pickup timing, order acceptance, substitutions, refunds, cancellations, and food preparation. PizzaMe does not guarantee that any restaurant will answer the phone, accept an order, honor a quoted price, have an item available, meet a requested pickup time, or prepare food to your expectations.
A pickup order is not confirmed unless and until the restaurant accepts it. Any estimate, recommendation, menu detail, price, or timing shown or communicated by PizzaMe may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate and should be confirmed with the restaurant when important.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate order details, pickup location, contact information, timing, allergy and dietary information, and any other instructions. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming order details before PizzaMe attempts to place an order.
You are responsible for pickup, payment to the restaurant unless expressly stated otherwise, and complying with restaurant policies. You agree not to use PizzaMe for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful purposes.
4. Food allergies, dietary restrictions, and health information
PizzaMe does not prepare food and cannot verify ingredients, cross-contamination practices, allergen controls, or dietary representations made by restaurants. If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical needs, or other food safety concerns, you must verify them directly with the restaurant before ordering or consuming food.
5. Communications, SMS, calls, and transcripts
By calling, texting, or otherwise contacting PizzaMe, you authorize PizzaMe and its service providers to contact you at the phone number or email address you provide about your request, order, recommendation, support issue, or related service updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential SMS messages by replying STOP where supported.
PizzaMe may use automated systems, AI assistants, recordings, call metadata, transcripts, summaries, and quality review tools to operate, improve, secure, and support the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-assisted service
PizzaMe may use AI-assisted tools to understand requests, make recommendations, draft communications, summarize calls, and support order workflows. AI output may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. You should review important details before relying on them, especially order items, prices, pickup times, addresses, allergies, and restaurant policies.
7. Fees, payment, cancellations, and refunds
During the current launch period, PizzaMe does not charge users to call the service unless we clearly state otherwise. Restaurants may charge their own prices, taxes, fees, deposits, cancellation charges, or other amounts. Unless PizzaMe expressly acts as the payment processor for a specific transaction, all payment and refund matters are between you and the restaurant.
8. Third-party services and links
PizzaMe may rely on third-party providers for telecommunications, messaging, AI, analytics, maps, hosting, restaurant information, and other operations. Third-party websites, phone systems, restaurants, and services are not controlled by PizzaMe, and PizzaMe is not responsible for their content, acts, omissions, policies, or availability.
9. Intellectual property
PizzaMe, PIZZA ME, the PizzaMe website, branding, copy, designs, software, and related materials are owned by PizzaMe or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, scrape, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
10. Disclaimers
PizzaMe is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PizzaMe disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PizzaMe and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits; lost data; food quality issues; restaurant acts or omissions; missed pickup times; order errors; or service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PizzaMe’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid PizzaMe for the specific service giving rise to the claim or $100.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PizzaMe and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your use of PizzaMe, your violation of these Terms, your order instructions, your pickup or consumption of food, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
13. Changes and termination
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue PizzaMe or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. We may refuse or terminate service when we believe use is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, impractical, or inconsistent with these Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
